Who We Support

Who We Help

Concordia Wellness Manor is designed for adults who recognise that their current way of coping is no longer sustainable — professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals who privately struggle while publicly performing.

Guests often arrive at a point of crossroads: a health scare, relationship breakdown, career rupture or an internal sense that things cannot continue as they are. The common thread is an honest desire to change – even if they feel ambivalent, frightened or exhausted.

Addiction and Substance Use

Concordia supports guests who are struggling with dependence on alcohol, prescription medications or illicit substances. This can include daily use, binge patterns, cycles of relapse after periods of sobriety, and the intertwining of substance use with professional or social life.

Many guests present as 'high-functioning' on the surface, but experience escalating consequences behind the scenes: health issues, strained relationships, secrecy, financial impact or performance decline.

Treatment focuses on understanding how substances became embedded in their coping system and building new ways to manage stress, emotion and expectation.

Burnout and Stress Collapse

Burnout is a core focus at Concordia. Guests may arrive depleted after years of overwork, chronic stress and emotional overload, often accompanied by insomnia, anxiety, irritability, numbness or loss of motivation.

The programme helps guests step out of the relentless pace of their everyday lives and examine the beliefs, patterns and pressures that led to burnout.

Through therapy and the Sanctuary Circuit, they learn how to restore physical energy, regulate their nervous system and rebuild a more sustainable relationship with work, success and responsibility.

Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing

Concordia also works with guests facing depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions. Symptoms may include persistent low mood, emptiness, hopelessness, intrusive worry, panic, physical tension, sleep disturbance or difficulties concentrating.

Psychiatric assessment and ongoing review allow the clinical team to diagnose and treat underlying conditions, adjust medication where useful and monitor safety.

Psychological therapies and wellness practices then help guests process experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns and cultivate a more stable inner landscape.

Dual and Complex Presentations

Many guests arrive with overlapping issues: addiction combined with depression or anxiety, burnout alongside relationship difficulties, or trauma woven through a history of substance use and overwork.

Rather than treating each issue in isolation, the team looks at how they interact – how burnout feeds drinking, anxiety underpins compulsive work, or trauma drives avoidance and control.

Integrated care plans address these dynamics in a coordinated way, increasing the chances of lasting change.

You don't have to face this alone.
